Week 3 of the Lock-down and Surrey Crime Patterns Beginning to Change

Good and bad news on changing crime patterns. Good in that crime across the board mostly down, but Surrey Police fear a rise in Domestic Abuse once restrictions are eased. And everyone must continue to adhere to the lock-down restrictions in order to defeat the virus.
