Surrey Police on the Road to ‘Outstanding’

In Addlestone, near Coxes Lock, after delivering leaflets about my hopes to be re-elected as PCC on 7 May. Surrey Police is solidly “Good’ (according to the government inspectors) but I’m aiming for ‘Outstanding’.
